- Do I need a credit card to try it?
- No. The Curious plan is free forever and covers every public suburb report + the 4-question brief. Upgrade only when you need the deeper features.
- What counts as a buyer's agent workspace?
- A shared space where you manage multiple clients, each with their own goals and saved suburbs, and produce co-branded reports. Available on the Pro plan.
- Is there a discount for paying annually?
- Yes — every paid plan pays 10 months for 12 when billed annually (2 months free, ~17% off). Toggle the interval above to compare.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrades are immediate with a pro-rated charge. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle — you keep your current features until then.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- It stays. We turn off paid features but keep your profile, goals, saved suburbs, and chat history so you can pick up where you left off if you return.
