Terms
The ground rules.
Plain language, short. Using propautopilot means you agree to these. If anything isn’t clear, email us at hello@propautopilot.ai.
What you’re using
propautopilot is a research tool for Australian residential-property buyers. Compass answers questions, shows you suburbs + properties + numbers, and writes drafts you can take to your broker, conveyancer, or accountant. You’re the one making any buying decision — the tool informs, it doesn’t decide.
Not advice
Nothing here is financial, legal, tax, credit, or migration advice. Compass calculates from primary sources, but calculations carry assumptions and sources can be stale. For any decision that affects money, get a qualified advisor who’s licensed for your situation.
Fair use
Use it yourself, use it for your household, use it for a client you’re helping (if you’re a broker or buyer’s agent on a supported plan). Don’t scrape it, don’t republish the data at scale, don’t try to jailbreak Compass, don’t share your account with someone who should have their own.
Accounts
One person per account. You’re responsible for what happens under your login. Tell us if you think someone’s accessing your account who shouldn’t be — we’ll help you lock it down.
Changes
We’ll change features, add some, retire others. Material changes — pricing, scope of what the free tier includes, legal terms like these — we’ll tell you before they take effect. Small changes we’ll update quietly.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We can suspend or close an account if someone uses propautopilot in a way that’s unsafe, harmful, illegal, or keeps breaking the fair-use rules above. We’ll always tell you why if that happens.
If something goes wrong
We do our best to keep Compass accurate and the service up, but we can’t guarantee perfection. Your consumer-guarantee rights under Australian Consumer Law apply, can’t be contracted out of, and take precedence over anything else on this page — that includes the right to a remedy and, where appropriate, compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. Nothing in these terms reduces or replaces those statutory rights.
