Suburb research is where the abstract investor brief meets the concrete location. Australia has roughly 14,500 suburbs across 8 states + territories, and most published 'best suburbs' lists run on opinion rather than methodology. We do the opposite. 49-metric scorecard, primary-source citation per metric, public prediction ledger that grades held vs missed in public.

Each linked page cites primary sources (ABS, ATO, NSW Fair Trading bond data, public records, state land records) and dates every metric. Where data is too thin to be reliable, the page surfaces 'Pending' rather than fabricate certainty.
